Cookie Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2025
Last updated: 9 September 2025

This Cookie Policy explains how ReplyMate ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. Read this together with our Privacy Policy.

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work; others are optional and help us improve the experience.

2) How we use cookies

  • Strictly Necessary – to deliver pages securely and protect against abuse.
  • Preferences – to remember your cookie choices.
  • Analytics – to understand site usage (aggregate, non-identifying).

We do not use advertising or behavioural targeting cookies.

3) Legal basis

  • Strictly necessary: legitimate interests (security, delivery, fraud/bot protection).
  • Preferences: legitimate interests (remembering your settings).
  • Analytics: consent. For visitors in the EU/UK (and where required), analytics run only after you consent.

4) Cookies you may encounter

5) Google Analytics (GA4)

We use GA4 to understand how the site is used (e.g., page views, referrers, device type) on an aggregated basis. We do not enable Google Ads/Remarketing features.

  • EU/UK: GA4 loads only after you provide consent.
  • Retention: we configure GA4 data retention to 14 months.

6) Cloudflare security

Cloudflare sets strictly necessary cookies (e.g., __cf_bm, cf_clearance) to distinguish legitimate visitors from bots and manage security. These do not track you across sites.

7) Tally.so embed (waitlist form)

Our waitlist form is embedded from Tally.so (EU-based). Tally may place strictly necessary session/anti-abuse cookies so the form works correctly.

8) Your choices

  • On first visit, you can Accept or Manage cookies (where shown).
  • You can withdraw consent anytime via the cookie banner (where available) or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
  • You can also block/delete cookies via your browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site (including the form).

9) Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site doesn't change its behaviour in response to DNT at this time. You can still manage cookies as above.

10) Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy as our site or providers change. Updates take effect when posted with the effective date above.
